Hospital Appointment Management App
The application was designed to simplify hospital workflows by enabling patients to book predefined visits through a user-friendly interface. The system also supported medical staff by providing clear rules for calendar management and reception operations.

How is the system finding a free spot?
The system has a list of designated roles, each role has its own calendar of working hours, based on this, the system can find a suitable window for all meeting participants, for the predefined appointment, in the general calendar.

2. What is one predefined patient visit?
How to set up predefined visits:
In drug development, testing of the drug in a certain sequence plays an important role. For testing, it is necessary to make an initial selection of the test subjects, and during the testing process, check them according to a certain scheme. The customer preferred to automate this process as much as possible to avoid errors.
3. How to setup availability?
3.2. On the 'setting' page admin can add all doctors and list of the equipment (Laboratory, test rooms)
3.3. Then, on the 'Availability' page setup a working time for doctors, laboratories, receptions, and test rooms in the calendar
